Booking Policy
Thank you for choosing Lekule Midwest Safaris. We are committed to providing exceptional travel experiences and personalized service. Please review our booking policy carefully before confirming your reservation.
Reservations & Deposits
A deposit is required to confirm all bookings. Once your deposit has been received and your reservation is confirmed, we will begin securing accommodations, transportation, park permits, and other travel arrangements related to your itinerary.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, travel delays, and lost luggage.
Passports, Visas & Health Requirements
Our guests are responsible for ensuring they possess a valid passport, any required visas, and appropriate travel documentation for entry in Tanzania and any transit destinations. We recommend the travelers verify current entry requirements well in advance of departure and consult their healthcare provider regarding recommended vaccinations, medications, and other health considerations. Our team is happy to provide general guidance and resources to assist with travel planning; however, it remains the traveler’s responsibility to meet all applicable entry and health requirements.
Payments
To confirm a reservation, 75% of the total tour cost is due 90 days prior to departure. The remaining 25% balance is due 30 days prior to departure. Full payment must be received before the commencement of the tour services.
We will be invoiced upon making your reservation. All payments are to be made in the U.S Dollar.

Acceptance Of Terms and Conditions
By submitting a deposit or final payment, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these booking terms and conditions.

Changes to Reservations
We understand that travel plans can change. Guests may request modification to their itinerary, travel dates, accommodations, or other arrangements prior to departure. While we will make every effort to accommodate requested changes, all modifications are subject to availability and may result in additional costs. Certain services, including park permits, accommodations, and flights may be non-refundable or subjected to change in fees. We encourage our guests to notify us as soon as possible should there be any changes be required so that we can provide the best available options.
Cancellations & Refund Policy
We understand that unexpected circumstances may require travelers to cancel their plans. Cancellation request must be submitted in writing by email and will be effective on the date received by Lekule Midwest Safaris. Refund eligibility may vary depending on the time of cancellation and any non-refundable expenses already incurred, including accommodation, park fees, permits, flights, and third-party services.
Refunds will issue according to the following schedule:
91 days or more prior to departure: 75% refund of the total tour cost.
90 to 65 days prior to departure: 34% refund of the total tour cost.
64 to 45 days prior to departure: 15% refund of the total tour cost,
44 days prior to departure through the departure date: No refund.
Please note that certain services, including flights, permits, special activities, and accommodations with strict cancellation policies, may be non-refundable. We strongly recommend that the travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations and travel disruptions.
Responsibility
Lekule Midwest Safaris act as a tour operator and organizer of travel services, while we strive to provide safe, reliable, and memorable experiences, we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, government actions, transportation disruptions, natural events, or other unforeseen situations.
